Palga 2017

Pelga 2017 is a unique red wine from Abuhav Winery, a meticulous blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Mourvèdre. Today, eight years after the harvest, the wine displays perfect maturity, depth and richness of flavors that characterize a mature and complex wine. The grapes were hand-harvested from the vineyards of the Upper Galilee, underwent controlled fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for about 18 months, a process that gave the wine complex layers of flavor, a smooth and rich texture and a long and precise finish. Wine Character: Full-bodied and rich, with a smooth and velvety texture. Complex flavors that develop in the sip – a combination of strength and softness, with subtle touches of wood and spice. A long and impressive finish, which leaves the impression of a mature and refined wine.
