Araboviya 2022
Arabovia is a surprising blend wine with a unique character, based on a balanced combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Each variety adds its own characteristic to the wine – power, depth, spice and freshness – and together they create a wine with a clear presence and a stable structure. The wine is produced from grapes from the Upper Galilee vineyards, which were carefully selected and hand-harvested. After fermentation, the blend was aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels, which gave it additional refinement and a layer of elegant complexity. The wine's character: smooth but solid texture, with deep flavors that gradually develop in the sip. The Cabernet provides a solid base, the Syrah adds softness and spice, and the Petit Verdot provides color, sharpness and structure. The finish is long, precise and leaves behind a clean and balanced feeling.
