Sparks 2020 - Late Harvest, Slightly Sweet, Aged for 48 Months in Barrel is a mature and impressive red wine from the Abuhav Winery, a meticulous blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Today, five years after the harvest, the wine reaches perfect maturity with the depth, structure and richness of flavors that characterize a mature and high-quality wine. The wine was hand-harvested from Upper Galilee vineyards, underwent controlled fermentation and aged for about 48 months in French oak barrels. Over the years, the initial fruits have matured, and the wine today presents complex layers of flavor, a smooth and rich texture and a long and precise finish. Wine Character: Full body, smooth and round texture, complex flavors that develop in the sip. The blend combines strength and softness in a balanced way, with subtle touches of wood and spice, and a clean and impressive finish.
