The "Pninat Ya'acov" is a solitary vineyard planted in a magical valley between Moshav Dalton and Alma, next to the tombs of Rabbi Yossi Haglili and Rabbi Yehuda Ben Taima, holy Tanaim.
Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes are grown in the vineyard. These strains of grapes benefit from ideal growing conditions for cultivating grape wine. The unique climate is characterized by the cool Galilean air. It is very cold with even snowfall in the winter, while sundrenched but pleasant in the summer.
The soil is rich terra rossa, and was previously used as the planting fields of an apple orchard.
